Just found this sight and it seems very informative. I own 2 Remington 870's, both are 20g and set up in HD format. Both have 18" barrels with screw in chokes with synthetic furniture.

Vitaly, thank you for the welcome. The upgrades I have done are a shorter LOP stock and a 2 round mag extension. A Blackhawk mountain sling and my 18" barrel is threaded for screw in choke tubes. Also the chamber has been polished for smooth extraction of shells. I practice often with it shooting 20g #3 buck and 5/8 oz rifled slugs, these are also my HD rounds.
