FOUND! 870: Volquartson Extractor and SJ Hardware Safety

Good day to y'all,
Does anyone know of a retailer that sells both Volquartson's 870 Forged and Milled Extractor and SJ Hardware's Domed Safety? Certainly, they can be purchased individually from a number of different vendors but I want to avoid paying for shipping twice, especially for items that are very small and light in weight. Practicing frugality isn't being a cheapskate.
