16 gauge buck barrel

Hello ,

I am looking for a buck barrel for a 16 gauge 870 wingmaster. I have been told that there are no new barrels produced for this old gun . I also been told that it must be a specific barrel for it due to the fact that it is a wingmaster. Please contact me if you have one to sell or know of anyone that has one.

This is first site I’ve joined. I’m not to good with all this online stuff .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know much about the 16ga and there are some differences in barrels in different receivers due to changes over the years but I haven't heard of one of those changes due to being a Wingmaster. My 12ga Wingmaster barrel fits on my Express. Finish doesn't match but it functions.

Thank you for the information, I agree looking pretty and functional don’t matter to me either . But can say this is one hard barrel to find . REM said they are sure if one was ever made. ? How would they not know ?!
