Can someone explain to me why Winchester Model 94 prices have gotten silly-stupid? It's not like Cowboy Action/SASS is skyrocketing, nor are the new cartridges sweeping the nation in a ferver that puts COVID to shame. Have they suddenly become retirement accounts? All made of gold? Did Saddam have one and now everybody wants one?
Anyone got an unused, unloved one in .30-30 or 32 Special to sell me?

Re: Winchester Model 94
I think the "Tactical" market having expanded to include lever actions has something to do with it. Along with the idea that if semi-auto is banned has some, I'm not sure how much but I think at least a little, influence.
I dunno
has "The Rifleman" become popular again? Maybe they are doing a remake?

Re: Winchester Model 94
Not sure, because my LGS has the "tacticool" leverguns, just none of the plane jane hunting types and prices for those on GB has gone silly-crazy.

Re: Winchester Model 94
Well found a nice, gently-used model which is what I was looking for - a shooter, not a safe queen. I like used guns with some character, some stories held inside that classic wood. Now hoping for a break in the rain to head to the range.
