Hello all,
I am new to the site, but not new to shotguns. I have 2 870s, one for shooting clays and one pseudo police type. I have not really taken shotguns seriously until I used one in a 3 gun match last year. I put an AR type stock and it was a pain to shoot slugs. Since then I have went back to the traditional stock and a simple leather sling that I can easily remove. Simplicity is what I am after. I now appreciate the versatility and ruggedness of 870s. I may not have much to offer as far as advice or experience but I am here to learn all I can.
