rem 870 super mag

Interested in buying a Rem 870 Super Mag (Turkey Gun), 12 ga. It has a 21 inch barrel. Will that short of a barrel likely to support good shoot patterns out at 45/50 yards??? thanks in advance,

Sometimes chokes are more important than the length of the barrel. But 26 inch barrel is my favorite.
