Greetings Everyone,
Just getting into the shotgun phase of my life. I am completely new and would appreciate any and all help and information that can point me in the right direction. Recently purchased an 870 Sportsman Field 20 gauge pump-action as my first shotgun. Looking to learn all I can about it and eventually get out and do some turkey and pheasant hunting. Did a little bit of research and there is a lot to be said about the quality and durability of the 870 platform. Looking forward to learning and appreciating a quality shotgun made in the USA.

Welcome to the forum! The Remington 870 is a well-known platform, and it sounds like you’ve done some good research before getting started.
