Hello,
I recently bought a Remington 870 Express Tactical and after shooting the first rounds, it had ejecting problems with some ammo. The shell was completely stuck after firing the gun. I couldn't rack the forend backwards without hitting the back of the gun against something. That was the only way to extract that empty shell. However, the problem only occurs after firing the gun. When racking the gun without firing it, then it extracts without any problems. I already polished the chamber a little bit, but that didn't fix it.
Is there anyone suggesting a possible solution to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

What ammo are you using?
Have you tried a variety of ammo?
In any event, having to slam the butt to assist in extracting any rounds is concerning. Can you post pics of the extracted stuck rounds? Maybe a pic of the chamber. If you can get one just after extracting a stuck round that might help.
Field strip and clean the shotgun. Look for any bent or damaged parts. It's a good idea to strip and clean any new firearm as the oil/grease used by the factory is often better for storage than function.
Also if you bought reloads from some guy at the swap meet we may have to spank you.
