Single Shell holder for a shotgun

I saw a video where this man had a single shell holder mounted just below the ejection port, and uses it for a quick tactical reload, has anyone seen this before, and if so, where can I get one for my shotgun?

Can you post a link to the video? A single shell isn't much of a tactical reload, more like a desperation reload.
