870 newbie in CT- Greetings!

Hi All,
I recently had the pleasure of buying a seemingly little used 870 12 ga, 2 3/4 - LE trade in. It lived the past 38 years, based on s/n lookup by Remington, with the Illinois State Police and is in amazing shape. The only things she needs are the flex tab upgrade, +2 extension kit and furniture refinish. I am not a fan of tacti-cool and I really appreciate the old school look of wood and blued steel.

I have been reading this forum for a while and I appreciate all of your expertise and opinions on the various points of interest surrounding 870 - thank you!!!

Welcome aboard! An 870 needing a new home (with me) was my first intro to them also. Jump right in.
