Front sights

I have recently stumbled upon this front bead sight upgrade by XS Express Front Night Sight Remington 870. I am asking if anyone out there has installed one of these on there front sight post. Here are some pics of the sight mentioned and my current front sight on my shotgun. From what I have read this is install over the bead sight that is already there with either JB weld. I have even watched a video I think was done by Rem870.com but I am not sure. Thanks for all the replies and Info on this sight and it's reliability.
