Picked up a Remington 870 Police Magnum recently!! Well used, needs some cleanup to prepare it for HD. Speedfeed Stock, 20" barrell, rifle sights, 3 gun runner side saddle. Looking for ideas to spruce it up a bit.

Welcome to the forum. That's a great-looking 870, I'm not sure you really need to do anything to it for HD. It's already a pretty good package as-is; simple and easy to use, but with a couple useful additions.
