Anything from duct tape and prayer to Mesa tactical. Depends on budget. From what I recall (currently hosting standard first aid and browsing on my phone) Mesa makes a railed barrel/mag clamp. Buy once and enjoy it. A Lot of people buy cheap parts and expect it to work, only to be disappointed.
