Another item I purchased and after a few days didn't like the fact I couldn't just take it off. Going shot card instead. As new, on gun for 24hrs or so and put back in package.

To clarify. The shell carrier is for a left handed 870 with the ejection port on the left side? If it fits a standard 870 I'll take both.

Nope, for a RH gun, shells are carried on the LH side for combat/speed reloads. Shells up into the port, shells down into the tube. Or at least that's one of the methods...
