Just wanted to say "howdy" to everyone on the forum!

Santa Claus brought me an 870 Express Tactical Synthetic this year. Have a few "accessories" (a girl must have accessories, LOL) that I hope to add to it and have enjoyed reading the REM870 website and forum for tips.

Have the ATI stock on it now, and are waiting on the Blackhawk Spec Ops II to arrive today. The ATI stock does not have any recoil reduction.

Enjoy shooting it at our local range and will use it for home defense.

Nicknamed my 870, "Animal Mutha," after the Full Metal Jacket character, "Animal Mother."

I was testing ATI stock like yours last week. Works good, didn't have any problems with it. But ATI aluminum forend with rail smashed my thumb really hard, removed that rail immediately.

Ouch, Vitaly. Hurts just reading your post and hope your thumb is okay.

Last week, we replaced the ATI stock with the BlackHawk Spec Ops II stock. Didn't place the Blackhawk forend on Animal Mutha.
