Old wingmaster front sight replacement.

Post by Harperdr1 »

Does anyone know what dovetail sight could be used to replace this one on an old Wingmaster 20” rifle sighted 12 gauge? Top snapped off. The rear sight style is pictured too in case that matters or helps.

Ordered one of these. Had to guess on height. Fingers crossed.

Took a little bit of file fitting as expected. I think it’s a touch taller than the original but I have plenty of adjustment left in the rear and that will help me extend my zero out to 100 yards anyway. The “bead” is noticeably smaller, so that will help with slug groups too. Over all, as always, very pleased with skinner sights.
