Remington 870 20-gauge likes to get rounds stuck

Thank you all so far who have given me suggestions. I set it aside for a while, and dissassembled it to try and get a better picture. It is binding on the edge of the magazine before it gets to the shell latches.

Can you remove the snap caps and run your finger around where the magazine tube meets the receiver and feel a burr?
