Speedfeed Pistol grip for 870 MCS

Hello everyone. Sorry I don't know too much about the Remlock system but I was wondering if I could install a non-Remlock stock on an 870 MCS. I understand that it probably wouldn't be removable without tools but I wasn't sure if the remlock technology prevented other stocks designed for a standard 870 to be installed on an MCS. I wanted to install the speedfeed 870 pistol grip on the gun:
