Hello y'all -
Bought my 870 a year ago and it's the first gun I've ever owned. In fact, other than the crap at a circus midway, it's the first gun I've ever held.
I've gone to a local range a couple of times, but I'm not sure I know anything more than how to load, rack and shoot, so I found this place hoping to learn some more.
Hoping you are all healthy, safe and sane in these crazy times.
Greetings from Dallas, Texas

Not many folks remember shooting gallery rifles at a carnival midway. Must be an old fart like me. Welcome and howdy.

@Scorpion8 - Let's just say that I'm "seasoned" by life....
@ChefDuane - I'm actually in Plano, but didn't think anyone outside the area would know where that is.
Do you use a local range for practice/classes? May I ask which one(s)?
Thanks!

I went to Target Master in Garland for my CHL only because they had a class scheduled that suited my schedlue. I have shot at the Bullet Trap many times and am a member of the Frisco Gun Club. I live near Legacy and Independence.

I went to Elm Fork yesterday to see the facility. I signed up for their June 20 Shotgun Basics class.
I'm way over at Preston and Park.
Thanks
