Thank you! I was going for a specific look and with some character marks. Along with the magazine extension I did do a full flex tab conversion, Volquartsen extractor, aluminum follower, police sear spring, and an 1100 carrier spring.
So in theory it should look like old and fire better than new.

I like it! Minus the mag extension which we never had, it looks exactly like our issued 870s we had in the early 70s when I went on the job right into the 90s when I retired. We secured them in our troop cars with the usual electronic lock mounts of the day but mounted horizontally across the face of the front bench seat rather than the typical vertical mounting that was popular at the time. Nice job!

Thank you! It looks quite different now than when I found it at local gun show. Someone’s grandfather’s old meat gun got a new lease on life.

Blue steel and wood always looks good. A good 12ga 870 works as well today as they always have.
