Hello and greeting from Canada!!!
After a month of research, disagreements and much debates with my old Italian hunting mentor, I finally decided to get the 870 express trio. Antoni thought I should have picked up the Stoeger or Franchi instead, because they were from the Berretta family and were essentially made better. But what can you do when the 870 is sooo affordable...
What sold me is that I spoke to several people in the police and shooting community and they basically said that the 870 was a great gun. Not only was it reliable but nearly indestructible as well. Also the fact that you can almost get anything to soup it up makes it even better.
Great site Vitaly!
Happy Shoot'n

Welcome! I just joined myself. Everyone here is knowledgable and helpful. The 870 is an excellent platform. It's pretty hard to listen to the critics of this gun.
