Gunshow find
I stumbled upon this 8rd M37 Saturday at a local show and couldn't pass it up. It passed all test firing with 00Buck, fed and ejected without any problems.I'll replace the pistol grip with a walnut stock in the near future

Re: Gunshow find
Very nice. I'm an 870 man, but my dad and grandpa both own 37s, and it's what I learned to shoot on. While I prefer side-ejection for its more flexible operation, it's hard to beat the authority with which a bottom-ejecting Ithaca spits out those empties.

Wow! Spectacular! Very nice.
It'll be awesome with the wood stock installed.
My only gunshow shotgun find was a 1983 Howa/S&W 3000 12-ga. used by the cops in Pontiac, MI. It is a copy of the 870, so I went ahead and grabbed it knowing that all the controls would be in the same place.
