Sage international mag extensions

Since at the moment remington mag extensions are hard to find and when found are pretty costly, I was looking into two piece steel alternatives
I ran across sage international, the design looks similar, lacks the groove for the barrel clamp though.
Phosphate coated
Pinned end cap
Has anyone had any good or bad to say on these?
Roughly 45 ish + shipping from us tactical. Not many vendors for these.
