tac pro gear commercial plate carrier vest

hello any one out there have some info on the tac progear com.plate carrier vest .looking for one of them in 2xl black. it sold in the US .any for sale in Europe or uk_france -Russia? shipping cost is very high from US. IF any US counter part want to help me please let me know .
