Hi all,
I have a 2004 870 Express 16 GA with synthetic stock and exchangeable chokes in excellent condition, and I’m wondering what the value is. I listed it on Gunbroker a few days ago at $200, and with more than 5 days left in the auction it has already bid up to $480! I know it wasn’t an expensive gun when it was purchased, so I was shocked to see the immediate interest in it.
Can someone please tell me what the value of this gun is? I’m also wondering why the value is so much higher than I anticipated (evidently they don’t make it anymore?), and whether it would increase in value significantly if I had decided to hold onto it instead.
Thanks for any help!

Did a quick search and found 4 listings of $600-$700.

I don't have a 16ga, nor know anything about them.

It's because of the 16ga bore. You don't see many, and those 16-ga folks tend to be fanatical about the bore over 12's and 20's.

I wish the OP would come back and say what it finally sold for.
Looked on Gunbroker a couple of days ago and couldn't find it but the auction may have ended by then.
Oh well,
