hey i am getting into waterfowl hunting and was wonder what ammo i should use

It really depends on what you're hunting, and the environment/range you're hunting at. Also, are you restricted to non-toxic shot in your area? If so, are you looking for cheap steel, or are you willing to pay more for something that performs better?

i am in a non-toxic area and am willing to pay a bite more will be mostly duck hunting

Hevi Shot. first then tungsten matrix . The shot is the only thing that contacts the target buy the best you can get. A 1200 dollar gun with bad shells makes for a disappointing day.
