Drilling And Tapping Gunsmith

Anyone know of a good gunsmith (with FFL nationwide) or anyone in Kansas that would be good for Drilling and Tapping a Rem 870 Express Synthetic 7 Round for a top rail? Probably should have pony'd up for a tactical to start with but so committed to this one, just need the receiver drilled and tapped and I'm very much not good enough to do it myself (nor do I have the tools)
