Yep, that's pretty darn fast. All I can say is, that takes practice. I'm new to shotguns. I just picked up some snap caps today, and tore down / cleaned my recently acquired 870 Police Magnum and checked it for feed and eject function with the snap caps. Being a rooky, I'd work up slowly to those kind of cycling speeds, and probably never get that close. I'd want to be really careful and deliberate about getting the feel for the pump and not short cycling the thing. One short stroke, and you're out of the fight with a jammed action. Practice, practice, practice.

That's about as fast as i've ever seen, and the barrel stayed level. Sweet!

It almost looks like he's slam-firing it. is anyone else seeing that? either that, or he's BARELY letting off the trigger. either way, kinda cool.

Yeah, he is basically firing faster than you can with a UAS Semi-Auto Combat Shotgun (Street Sweeper).

It does look nearly as fast or as fast as slam firing, hard for me to distinguish. Here are a couple of clips with Ithaca 37 shotguns slam firing. The second clip has the slam fire somewhere farther into the video:
