Magpul Furniture

Can someone tell me how the Magpul stocks are, quality - wise? I'm looking to buy one, but I want to make sure I'm not trading for a much lighter stock.

Magpul makes quality products. I don't really like the feel of their shotgun furniture, but that's an issue of personal fit, not quality.

1. Is the Magpul foregrip compatible with the Archangel AA112 7 round side saddle?

EDIT: Yes, the two are compatible.

2. My 870 Police (stock # 24449) has the Wilson Ghost ring rear sight. Would I need one of the Low cheek risers for the Magpul SGA stock?

EDIT: Yes, the SGA stock / Wilson Ghost ring combo was more natural with the + 0.25" cheek riser from the Low kit. The 0.50" riser was way too high.

The Magpul SGA Stock is fantastic in my opinion. I've shot over 200 rds with that stock on my shotgun. It's comfortable, short (if you want it short) and very good quality. It feels and handles great, but that's just my opinion. I'm about to get a new set of Magpul furniture for my new 870, and i'm curious about the Magpul Fore-End myself.

I love the Magpul forend. But the grip on the SGA may be a little small for some folks. Very comfy otherwise.
