Does anyone have experience with either the Harris Tactical Bobcat or the Ergo Tri-Rail forends.
Specifically how well they fit 870 Express Tactical-81198.

Re: Forend Upgrades
Dang, those are some spendy fore-ends.
The fore-end tube assemblies on the Tactical 870s are mechanically identical to those on other standard 12ga Magnum models, so they should fit your shotgun just fine. You may run into trouble if you try to combine one of these with something like an 8-shell sidesaddle, but even then, you should be able to mill the fore-end out a little to fit.

Re: Forend Upgrades
Hey sync,
I agree they are a tad on the pricey side but I want to get one that I can put and Magpul AFG and hand stop on. Others can handle the AFG but not the hand stop. I was looking hard at the ATI AL model in package form but they discontinued that item. Now you gotta by the forend and 9 rail pieces to get the set up and that would be more than either of the two I'm looking at. I really liked that ATI forend too.

Also thing about the Magpul Forend. You can attach any Magpul Picitinis to the sides and bottom. Forend is around 50$ and about 10$ a rail. I use them and love them.
