I'm seeing a J lock synthetic stock turkey model locally. Price is $300. New is about $450. Are J lock years better or worse than new? Price in line?

J Lock guns are fine its the J lock itself that sucks. Get the gun and swap out the safety.

All J-lock style mechanisms are a political, knee-jerk reaction, not a firearm "improvement" by any definition. Ditto to Germansheperd.

I believe the quality of both is about the same.
