3D-modeled in Google SketchUp (which is free, by the way) and two images exported, which I subsequently animated in Photoshop.

I have, since, shortened it again, to 18.5" to match a Remington-brand +2 shot extension.

In fact, to use load2/load4 action bar should be locked (in ohter case due to small possible forend/lock bolt differing shells may or may not be placed to magazine).
There is need some modification to Rem itself:
- action bar lock ledge should be sawdusted
- edges of the magazine window should be rounded
Also, unlike using load2 with Fabarm SDASS/MP-133/Supernova you should place first shell of the pair mostly parallel to the magazine, otherwise it will be stopped by receiver intarnal geometry.

I have the knoxx recoil reducing setup on my 870 express magnum. Went clay shooting the other day. 400 rounds of 2 3/4 between 3 people, other guns were a rem 1100 and moss pump tactical. My friends and I are all of similar build and experience. I was the only one without shotgun shoulder. Love this stock.

Great technique on the barrel, David. But more interesting is the software you used to produce the animated gif. Autodesk product?
