Nordic Components Remington 870 Magazine Extension
This is the best magazine extension I have ever seen. It is durable and lightweight and has very good finish. Actually, many of my friends from the IPSC use Nordic Components magazine extensions.
It consists of three parts and this allows you to test the tube with snap caps and see if they can move inside freely. The Nordic Components magazine spring looks great, it has a black finish and works without any problems. Magazine spring is longer than needed and you will need to cut it to have advertised number of rounds in magazine.
I have ordered 9+1 magazine extension to use on shotgun competitions but there are other versions of this magazine tube extension. For example, I have a shorter tube to use for home defense.
This magazine extension is highly recommended.

I think my next extension is going to be a Nordic Components one. I saw one in a gun shop and was very impressed. It’s an aluminum tube right? Do you notice a weight different compared to other extensions?

Jon,
Yes, it is an aluminum tube that is why it is lightweight. It is much lighter than other extensions (at the moment I have Choate and Remington extensions.)
