J.R. sent me information and photos of the Mesa Tactical Low Tube Stock Kit for the Remington 870. And I am more than happy to share this information with you. It is rather difficult to find good photos of the Mesa Tactical Telescoping Stock Conversion Kit for Tactical Shotguns, so J.R. did a very good job and we all can enjoy the great photos he made.

I received the Mesa stock kit today. This is a Mesa Tactical low tube stock kit for the Remington 870. it comes with a mil-spec M4 AR-15 five position adjustable stock, a cast aircraft aluminum stock adapter which is CNC machined and anodized with a Type III Class 2 mil-spec finish, a Hogue pistol grip, a 1 1/4″ quick release sling swivel and all necessary hardware for installation. The tools necessary for installation are included minus the M4 stock castle nut wrench which is necessary to tighten the stock to the adapter. Installation was easy and took about 25 minutes. I am very impressed with this stock kit, it is very solid and well designed and fits the 870 perfectly. The cheek plant is very comfortable and very smooth. I am really looking forward to sending some down range.

Ну, дяденька оттянулся…
И того наворотил, и другого, и пятого, и десятого.
При этом получилось на редкость неудобное сочетание:
оптическая ось коллиматора расположена слишком высоко, а щеки на прикладе нет – то есть нормальное положение головы при стрельбе будет отсутствовать начисто, придётся “ловить точку”. За счёт этого скорость стрельбы упадёт.
Расположение фонаря (или это ЛЦУ?) также очень неудачно – получился очень “цеплючий″ аксессуар, куда логичнее было бы расположить его сбоку, прижав к стволу ии магазину, как на предыдущем “home protection”.
Ну и болтающийся шнур – это, конечно, отдельное шоу…
Напишу-ка я на эту тему пост в жэжэшечке.
Я попытался перевести с MS word Кроме… Думаю, вы разговор о гребня, будучи слишком низкими с red dot взгляд? Да это, я Чтобы удалить его, когда я поставил 20 “ствола винтовки достопримечательностей.
